With over 45 years of combined restaurant experience, ownership opened the first MPC with the goal of providing Canyon Lake residents & visitors with the freshest pies from a scratch kitchen and hospitality that can only come from the Hill Country.

Our mission is built on Freshness. Everything that goes into a MPC pizza is of the highest quality. Dough is prepped the morning of sale, sauces made from scratch, and the freshest ingredients from local vendors are included in every pizza we make. This is a pillar that we will never budge on.

Our team is made up of dedicated staff, which we would be nothing without. We hire local residents, many are students at Canyon Lake HS and are working their very first job. We feel it is our duty to instill hard work and attention to detail in every employee, and every worker on staff is treated with respect, value, and importance.
